Unlike conventional foundries that require expensive tooling and months of lead time, Geluobao specializes in Replicast CS (Shell Lost Foam Casting) — an advanced process that combines the design freedom of lost foam with the surface quality and metallurgical integrity of investment casting. The key difference: our ceramic shells are pre-fired before pouring, eliminating carbon defects at the source.

No pattern tooling required. Complex geometries — double-suction volutes, multistage casings, mixed-flow housings, impellers — are produced directly from your 3D model. This slashes upfront cost and compresses lead time to 2–4 weeks for first articles.
One piece or one thousand. Small-batch flexibility without the setup penalties of traditional sand casting.
Zero carbon pick-up. Pre-burnout of the foam pattern ensures clean, defect-free stainless and high-alloy steel castings — critical for pressure-containing components where leak paths are unacceptable.
Single-piece weight up to 3,000 kg. Supported by a 5-tonne induction melting furnace, we pour stainless steels, duplex stainless, and high-alloy grades exclusively. We do not cast low-alloy or carbon steels — this focus defines our metallurgical expertise.
