Good anti-cavitation performance: the optimised design of the double-suction impeller and the smooth inner surface of the pump casing make the pump with remarkable anti-cavitation performance, which can work normally under low suction pressure and avoid the damage caused by the cavitation phenomenon on the pump.
Installation and maintenance
Installation: The inlet and outlet of the double suction pump body are in the same direction and perpendicular to the pump shaft, which is conducive to the arrangement and installation of the pump and the inlet and outlet pipes, and reduces the complexity of the pipeline arrangement and space occupation. In the installation, you need to pay attention to the level and verticality of the pump body, as well as the coaxiality with the motor and other driving equipment to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
Maintenance: In addition to regular inspection of the pump body to check whether the connecting bolts are loose, whether the seals are leaking and other routine maintenance, you also need to pay attention to the wear and tear of the internal pump body. For pumps conveying liquids containing impurities or particles, it is necessary to regularly clean the impurities and sediments inside the pump body to prevent blockage of the flow channel and increased wear.
